well if you live in the states, just wait. You know Elfen Lied has been released (currently out to vol 2) so it’s only a matter of time before this special hits the store (end of the year maybe?).

If you want to go the now illegal route, you really should know by now which sites to check for (it’s been fansubbed by now) anime releases.

I baught all 14 episode off e-bay and get them on a DVD the quilty was downsixed to brobaby i would say A- or B+ Episode 14 is an ok Episode its happens somewhere in the anime and is not carryed on from episode 13, like most animes i didn’t like the ending cause it didn’t really end lol nothing new there anime fans. and liek most people i would have liked too see Kouta and lucy end up together and not with his annoying ass cousin >.

The series did end, at the very very end of episode 13, Nyuu-chan came back, that’s who was at the gate(it was during the credits), I was very pleased with this Anime, definately one of the best, I’m glad everything worked out for everyone.

I just wished they would have made the anime longer because i just want to see what really happens a little bit down the road. Besides i can’t rest with a heavy heart. (yeah i am an emotional guy). Also would you go into the anime if you could?

Elfen lied is not probably one of the best anime shows is the best of all anime, and is one of the greatest achievements of mankind. If i will have to give a puntuation from 1-10 I will give this anime 100000000000000000000000000000 points. And I will like to Know if theres more then just the 13 episodes of the serie or a movie.

I would be very happy too when thamthing more about “Elfen Lied” in germany comes but it doesen `t come to germany and in german Language
it doesent exist enymore about Elfenlied e.g. films or musik, photos and so on…

I don’t think the series realyl ended, with much except alot of questions. No doubt, that Nyuu was at the gates in the end. But what about the Director general, he had horns like his son. Those are the only 2 males in the entire series that has horns that looks like cancer shit. Anyways, the Director general said something about bringing an end to humanity, Kurama even knows about it….. And the director was never killed, what will happen to humanity?

definitivasmenye es una de las mejores series que he visto asta ahora , sierto que es vastante sangrienta, hay siertos desnudos inesesareos (pero que de todas formas nos gustan)pero dentro de lo que cabe mencionar si la pudieramos clificar le pondria un 9.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 (porque )
cuando liveran la numero 35 (MARIKO)la niña dañada vuela en pedasitos a la que asta entonses la habia cuidado durante 8 años y luego con la parte superior del cuerpo rompe el vidrio lo jalado aqui es que la supuesta madre adoptiva si asi le podemos desir es la que le detona el brazo, como carajos pude tener conciencia si ya esta muerta de hay en lo demas no tengo ninguna queja

This ep is lovingly known as ep 10.5. It occurs around and during the time of ep 10 - Nana needs to find something she can do to help around the house.
The flashbacks with Lucy are sometime after Lucy and Kouta met - if you notice her hair is quite a bit longer than back then - but she is quite a bit younger than when she escaped in ep 1. You have to ’summon’ the ep - originally it was not licensed when the 13 eps were licensed - this is a later OVA and was never shown on tv, and is fansub only.

Well, at least Lucy kissed Kouta otherwise the series would have ended horribly.Please make more episodes of Elfen Lied SOON i just have to know what happens next cause it can’t end like that.Also, Kouta shouldn’t end up with Yuka, thats why i want more episodes to come out cause u don’t know if he ended up with Lucy/Nyuu or that crappy girl Yuka.

The ending needed a 5 more minutes to clear a few things out..
I went to read the manga’s ending to understand a bit more and if you people remember correctly, after Lucy kisses Kohta, she goes back to the bridge where soldiers are for some reason and start shooting at her. We then see her remaining horn fly away.
It is explained in the manga that once a diclonius loses her horns, it also loses her “vector” ability, further more, the Lucy personality dies n only Nyuu survives from the shooting.
SO IN THE FINAL END… It’s Nyuu that we can see coming back to Kohta throught the door (just before “dast ended” appears)
And yes, there will most likely be another season of Elfen Lied since the manga continues with that freak director tryin to take over humanity with diclonius virus.
Let’s just hope it’s coming soon

Great photo sequence! Just to address those asking about the mysterious 14th episode… it isn´t a sequential continuation from ep.13, but a small side story with no ramifications that happens roughly somewhere between ep. ten and twelve. Awesome anime, sad thing all the nudity and gore are such a limiting straitjacket for achieving wider recognition…(sigh).
