Mai-HiME DVD3 Extra
Continuing on with the Mai-HiME omakes, the third volume gave us Shiho’s, Nao’s, and Akane’s short stories. Two stories had the love love feeling while the last one… well, I think you can figure it out 
Shiho’s story was, of course, about Tate and her love for him. Actually pretty sweet as Tate was the first kid to befriend her after she recently moved to the shrine. And in typical anime fashion, latched onto him like no tomorrow 
Cute how Shiho described Tate and wanting to call him “Yuuichi-san” but it’ll change the dynamics of her and Tate’s “relationship”… or something.
Nao’s story was by far the best, and if anything tying for first in my favorite omakes (Natsuki & Shizuru being the other)! If you ever wonder exactly what Nao writes in her e-mails and tells her er… “clients” this short explained all! I loved how it was “sweet-and-cute” sounding Nao for the majority but then the “real” Nao at the end. All too predictable but funny nonetheless!
Lastly, we hear the inner workings of Akane as if she was talking to us as Kazu. It’s so sweet and Akane-like that one can’t help but go “aaawww” afterwards. The many faces of Akane when she confessed was too cute for words!
