Writing Style
I think I’ve narrow down the various blogging writing styles I use and therefore, will stick to only three “main” ways. Should make things easier for the average viewer, I think ^_^;;
Three Styles:
- Full: Pretty much an play-by-play synopsis of the whole episode. This was the style I was originally trying to go for when I started blogging but soon realized was too much of an pain to keep up. I’ll only be doing full long entries for series I’m watching raw. Currently, this includes Ichigo 100%, Erementar Gerad, Magical Canan, and Yakitate Japan.
- Middle: Where I breakdown the episode by sections. I think a good majority of my entries will eventually fall under this style. Most notably, I’ve been doing this for Gundam SEED Destiny and recently Tactics and Mai-HiME.
- Short: Bullet style entries. Really, they’re series that either have a lot of bloggers already but I still want to blog myself or just random episodes I liked that I wanted to say a thing or two. Only GIRLS Bravo 2nd Season currently has this “honor” but as new series start, one or two more anime may eventually fall under this style.
Expect a lot of blog entries in the next few days as I have some downtime to actually get through the beast that is my anime blogging backlog. On the plate today, hopefully finish off the rest of Yakitate Japan and write up my thoughts on the first episode of Futakoi Alternative.
