I can it's a lot more er.. richer in content I guess? Junpei also gets it more crazier situations that has you laughing at the stupidity of it all. (also a lot of fanservice so...) Also fleshes the characters out a lot better than the TV series. If you're going to watch the OVAs, do so AFTER reading the manga. The Jump Festa OVA is pretty good IMO not only in terms of animation, but being pretty faithful to the manga (unlike the TV series). The 2nd OVA that recently got released unfortunately follwed the TV route and threw anything good about the related manga chapters out the window. Instead we basically get an half naked Aya 1/2 the episode. Only the beginning was somewhat decent being funny; Ai Shimizu voicing Chiami(sp?) was a kick. so to sum: manga >> Jump Festa OVA >> TV series ?? 2nd OVA well, if you’re going to read the manga, do that first.
