life line by line

I figured it was about time I updated life line by line don’t you?

I have a very lovely 50+ episode backlog to blog plus with the recent warnings I’ve been getting from dreamhost (my host server) about going over the alloted CPU-usage, I needed to get my arse in gear as soon as possible. Currently I’m still going through tweaking the new layout and figuring why exactly the server has been raped (90% positive it’s because of the gallery section), that I won’t start blogging “seriously” (as if I ever did) until mid-week hopefully. Thinking of “re-inventing” the way I’ve been blogging as of current so keep tune to see how that turns out…

In other news, it’s been about one month since I’ve graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A degree in Computer Science. Unfortunately I haven’t been doing much since then as I plan to take a good six months to an year “off” before I serously look for an job. Not that I have plans to travel or do anything great, but I just don’t know what I want to really do with my life… so… I do know, however, that I need to get an job (retail) to bring in some cash as I’m majority in debt and probably will be for awhile ^_^;; The reasons? Well, all my pre-orders are starting to come in plus, new summer movies, and because of this. I really need to stop wasting money I don’t have!

Beside potential poverty issues, I’ve sort have been playing japanese dating sims (even though I can’t read any japanese and my understanding is rather pitiful at best) thanks in part because of bluemist. I’m currently playing four H-games though only really started on Fate/Stay Night (created by TYPE-MOON, the same folks that brought Tsukihime to the world) so far. If not for this site, I would have been completely lost in the game. Thankfully instead I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Fate/Stay Night while becoming an big fan of the series (banzai for it becoming animated!). Now only if I can figure out why I’m stuck at the beginningish of the second storyline

What else… AnimeBlogger.net has recently opened its own forum boards, adding yet another place for anime fans to gather. Surpringly I didn’t jump on the chance to ask to be an moderator as I’ve enjoyed my time as part of the moderation team over at IIStix. Moy not wanting more power to boost his ego.. go fig. Anyway do be sure to drop by animeblogger’s forums as a majority of the “big name” bloggers will be posting (or haunting) over there and who knows what wacky stuff might happen over there in the future!

Speaking about blogs I have to mention some of my personal favorites that I always enjoy viewing. Matthew’s Anime Blog is of course on the top of my list as it is the place to go to find new random news about the anime world (mostly thanks to constant shoutbox action). Moetry.org is another great blog I love checking out for the witty short commentaries on hentai and the occasional normal anime. Also it was thanks to Albert of moetry.org that I found Heisei Democracy; another excellent place for news on the latest ero-ero anime, games, figures, etc (awesome that he’s an Genshiken fan too)! Omni of Random Curiosity haunts Matthew’s SB and always has the good word about new anime out (posted a lot of good anime downloads). Recently found out about Mundane Pedoism thanks to Matthew’s Elsewhere blogsphere RSS feed; love how he does his entries ala Genshiken style plus all the photos he has posted of goods bought. There are a bunch more I can probably mention but a good majority of them are either already on my blogroll (look left folks) or can be easily found through other anime blogs. If you haven’t already, please check some of the blogs I’ve just mentioned as you’ll be missing out otherwise!
