Ravings of a Lonely Man
Actually this is another blog status update but I wanted a ‘witty’ title line 
Omni has already hinted at part of my updating the blog, which now uses paged index comments. In reality my blog doesn’t get that many comments to warrant the need of paged comments but I found the plugin rather cool and just had to use it. Easiest way to explain the difference in the way comments are presented is it’s just like a forum; after 10 comments a new “page” is created for the next 10, etc etc. So instead of scrolling through 50+ comments, one could just click on the newest page and skip all the junk. Trust me, it’s very cool.
I’ve also fixed the bt releases page on the sidebar. If you click on the “complete listings” link, the bt page with all the recent releases will load up; cleaned up the appearance plus it automatically refreshes itself every 15 minutes. Now one can leave the page window open to the side and always have “constant” updates on the latest and (not-always-so) greatest anime releases. Sure beats going to Tokyo Tosho every minute right?
The biggest update, however, has to be how I’ll be hopefully blogging from now on. If anyone has been looking at my blog somewhat recently, they might have noticed the slight changes in how I do entries. For the most part, I’ve cut down the styles in how I blog. It’s either “normal” or “funny.” The below three images pretty much layouts how I’ll be blogging.

The only important thing to note is the main page entry format. I won’t go into details (since I’ve already bitched ’bout it to Omni) but now instead of just the “more” extended entry link, I’ve also included “screenshots” and “review” links. Basically they’re jump points to the named-link sections for easier navigation. Now if someone wanted to just read my impressions without scrolling through the orgy of screenshots, they could do so in an instant!
Oh, I’ve actually been meaning to get the pseudo-automated anchors done a few months back but got too lazy to try. Me being strangely productive that Saturday was the only reason it finally got done.

That’s a good idea. normally I’ve seen the show myself so i don’t need the screenshots but are interested in your opinion. Btw where do you get all those awesome pictures for every entry on your index page. Love them!
